Shipping & Delivery
Parcels are generally sent with Australia Post. The shopping cart system will automatically calculate the freight cost. Large items such as the Bokashi bucket may attract additional freight cost. We will contact you should this situation arise.

Returns & Replacements
At ecoHaven we pride ourselves on providing a friendly and efficient service and a wide portfolio of local and international eco-friendly and fair trade products. We appreciate that you want to shop with the confidence of knowing that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return it to ecoHaven and we will provide you with an exchange, refund or repair within the following guidelines. If you have proof of purchase If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, ecoHaven will happily provide you with an exchange, refund or repair as follows. If you have simply changed your mind, ecoHaven will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided: the item is in resaleable condition for example: the original tags and labels are still attached; the item is in its original packaging (if any); and the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair. If you do not have proof of purchase If you cannot provide satisfactory proof of purchase, ecoHaven may, in its discretion, provide you with an exchange to the current value of the item provided: • the item is in resaleable condition; and • the item was originally purchased from ecoHaven; and This Policy operates in addition to your statutory rights for returns of faulty goods.
Ordering
Shopping online is simple. ecoHaven accepts Visa or Mastercard. Browse the online shop. Select your product(s) - including size and colour if applicable. Add the products to the cart. Proceed to checkout Fill out the contact and delivery form. Click on confirm the order. The order is automatically emailed to the shop.
Payment options
Shopping online is simple. ecoHaven accepts Visa or Mastercard via PayPal. You do not need to have an account with PayPal to pay with your credit card. You can also pay by credit card by giving us your credit card details over the phone: 03 6234 6454.
Viewing Orders
You can view your order by logging into your account. Here you can view your current and past orders and make any changes to your account .
