Relaxation Massage

Remedial Massage

Targets muscle and joint pain and tension, musculoskeletal problems and soft tissue injury. Remedial techniques may included: deep tissue, trigger point, Muscle Energy Technique (MET),Manual lymphatic drainage and streches. The therapist may use whichever techniques are appropriate for the client.

Remedial massage may relieve pain, improve joint mobility, range of motion and posture, and speed recovery from soft tissue injury.

Common problems which Remedical Massage may help include neck and back pain, headaches, sports injury, frozen shoulder, muscle tightness and pain.

Sports Massage

A massage focused on reducing injury and aiding recovery from the demands of sport. Post event massage can reduce recovery time by increasing circulation, moving metabolic wates and returning muscles to their resting length.

Ongoing massage therapy allows the athlete to function with more flexibility and mobility, reducing the risk of injury. Massage can also aid in healing injury and identify muscle imbalances.

Hot Stone

A deeply relaxing full body massage with the added benefit of heat to sooth the body. Using rhythmic and flowing strokes this massage incorporates heated vulcanic stones to massage the muscles and to place on energy points. A 90 minutte deeply relaxing experience.
