You may have been alarmed by recent reports suggesting that the compact fluorescent lights may be associated with migraine attacks and other health problems due to flickering.

ecoHaven stocks high quality globes from Megaman in Germany. These globes, including the downlight replacements, are virtually flckerfree. We have installed them in our home and cannot detect significant flicker.

ecoHaven stocks only warm-white globes and we find the light to be a nice white light. It is not yellowish and cozy like an incandescent globe, but very suitable for hallways, kitchens and for reading lamps. The fancy round and candle-shaped globes are good options for light fittings and lamps where the globe is visible.
